1. What Elura is
Elura calculates a Human Design chart from the birth details you enter and offers written material, guided sections and an AI conversation that read that chart back to you. It is an educational and self-reflection tool.
Elura is not a professional service, and using it does not create a professional, therapeutic, medical, legal or financial relationship between you and Elura.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and the details you give us must be your own and accurate. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done through your account.
Your chart is only as accurate as the birth date, time and place you provide. Where your birth time is uncertain, treat the parts of your chart that depend on it as provisional.
3. Acceptable use
Use Elura for your own personal reflection. Don't attempt to break, probe or overload the platform, scrape or resell its content, use it to harass or harm anyone, or present its output as professional advice to other people.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk.
4. Content and ownership
The written library, report sections, calculations, design and code of Elura belong to Elura. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them inside your account.
Anything you write into Elura — journal entries, notes, questions — remains yours. We use it to run the features you asked for, and we don't sell it.
5. AI-generated responses
The Elura conversation is generated by an AI model grounded in your chart and our written library. It can still be incomplete or wrong. Treat it as a prompt for your own thinking, not a source of fact or instruction.
6. Cost, cancellation and availability
While Elura is in build, access is free. If paid plans are introduced later, we'll tell you before anything is charged, and you'll be able to decline.
You can stop using Elura and ask us to delete your account and data at any time. We provide the service as-is and may change, pause or retire features as it develops.
7. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Elura is not liable for decisions you make in reliance on the platform, or for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
8. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we'll ask you to agree again the next time you sign in. Continuing to use Elura after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms, your data, or a request to delete your account can be sent from the Help panel inside the app.
